MDF cornice featuring warm white led tape lights, fully controllable with remote including dimming function. It is still in its early stages before filling, sanding and painting. Turns a boring new build room into something a bit special.

A commission from the inventors of the Ramble Tag.
This unit was entirely wall hung and as such floated above the carpet giving a unique appearance.
Surrounded by solid rustic oak the gloss cream handle-less doors feature a hidden “pop” opening mechanism giving the overall appearance a stream lined look.
This bench was completely overhauled. The cast iron ends were sent away to a specialist for sandblasting and powder-coating in Matt Black. The original bench timber was painted pine and was in a very poor state, I decided to use Iroko timber for the slats due to its excellent strength properties and it’s heartwood is reported to be naturally resistant to decay.
The bench was then re-assembled using marine grade stainless nuts and bolts and several coats of oil on the timber to bring out the natural grain and gorgeous honey colouring.
This bench was a labour of love and as such, was branded with my Grandfathers “MACQUISTEN” stamp.
Rustic Oak shelves made to measure, routered edges, industrial galvanized brackets.
A bespoke commission using an interesting pine board. Sanded, edged and a couple of coats of oil. Finished off with chrome hairpin legs.
Pressure treated timber for durability. Glued and screwed half flap joint gate frame work. Slats nailed with galvanised ring shank and hardware galvanised as standard.
Oak storage built into an awkward space under the eaves. Remote lighting and soft close hinges.
MDF & pine window seat with replica period moldings. It has two removable sections to allow for some extra storage. The client opted for some knob handles on the front however these could have been left off for some secret storage areas. Still to be painted white to match existing timber.
Bookshelf with a twist - some floating shelves at the top to set it apart from the norm.
Hardboard removed to expose original decorative window panels.
Replica pine period moldings reinstated.
Period window moldings reinstated and painted.
Replica pine period door moldings.
High quality hinges - checked in neatly as standard, no flush hinges here!
The existing staircase did not comply with current standards and proved a safety risk to their two young children. A new compliant staircase was installed with feature handrail and small LED spotlights.
Dangerous non compliant handrail.
